    I placed an order for delivery yesterday, May 29th, 2012. These people are liars, promising and never fulfilling, moreover, they will disturb your recipient and wont deliver on time! changing location! Making our recipient wait for long though they have given the time of delivery themselves!! Such a disgusting service ive i ever used!! Plus, they dont even know how to compensate the customer for ruining the entire surprise!! No refund made, no redlivery no discount!! And the lady Shirly who seems to be the owner does not know what do in such cases!! And she proudly saying they are in the business for a long time!! Im sure they are but without any customers!! I've wasted my money though I made extra payment for morning delivery and they are completely clueless!! Will never recommend!!

    I would like to draw your attention regarding the behaviour of one of your cashiers,her name is Nimala (Sri Lankan lady),dated 23/05/2012 at 4:40pm. I was buying and she verbally abused me when I asked to change my cash note bec. it was torn.I was surprised by this type of attitude,she is expected to act polite amongst every fellow customer, and that is recalled not due by the act of nationality criticism that she had acted upon. I hope this will not be repeated and all staff must be considered to be chivalrous towards others. Thank you.

    انقل لكم اخواني الكرام ما حدث لي مع غاز السلام حيث قمت بشراء جهازي تلفون جلكس اس تو من البائع (ح) في غاز السلام في تاريخ 10/03 كما هو واضح من وصل الشراء المرفق ورغم ان قيمة الجهاز الابيض 214 و الاسود 210 الا انه رفع سعر الجهازين ل215.5 دينار للجهاز الواحد بحجة دفعي عن طريقة بطاقة الفيزا .. وعند سؤالي عن الضمان هل هو بن هندي قال لي "اني اوفر لك ضمان افضل من بن هندي وهو اكسيوم الذين "يصلحون الجهاز في ساعة واحدة او يقومون باستبداله على الفور اذا لم يتم اصلاحه في ساعة"" للجلاكسي الابيض و الضمان الثاني هو لراديو شيك "الشركة العالمية" المعروفة حسب وصفه .. ووعد بانه سوف يستبدل لي الجهاز مباشرة اذا اتيته وشكوت له من اي خلل او عطل في الجهازين .. فقبلت شراء الجهازين رغم رفعه السعر كما ذكرت سابقا لعرضه المغري وبعد استخدام الجهازين تبين لي ان الجهاز الابيض يعاني من خلل فهو يشغل برنامج التوجيه الصوتي بشكل مستمر أحيانا مما يعطل الجهاز و يتعطل في التشغيل ولا يتعرف على البطاقة احيانا .. ذهبت بالجهاز عند الوكيل الذي اكد لي ان ما قاله لي بائع غاز السلام غير حقيقي اطلاقا فهم لا يصلحون في ساعة ولا يستبدلون الجهاز اطلاقا .. اخذ الوكيل الجهاز مرتين في المرة الاولى فقط "فرمت" الجهاز و في الثاني بدل المذر بورد وكل مرة يأخذ من اسبوع لعشرة ايام ولازال الخلل موجودا !!! رجعت للبائع وواجهته بانه ضللني بادعاء التصليح خلال ساعة واحدة او الاستبدال بالنسبة لاكسيوم و طلبت منه ان يبدل لي الجهاز كما وعدني او يرجع لي المبلغ اللمدفوع لكنه ماطل وغير كلامه وقال ان بيني وبينك الضمان قلت له بيني وبين ما وعدتني به .. فاخذ البائع (ح) الجهاز دون ان يسلمني اي وصل استلام !! ووعدني بانه سيذهب للوكيل وسيتصل لي مباشرة بعدها بعد عدة ايام طبعا لم يتصل البائع ولا سأل عني فأتصلت له فقال " جربت الجهاز وأستخدمته الجهاز صاحي !!!" قلت له انته لست فني موبايلات وانت قلت بتروح الوكيل و بتتصل لي بس ما في احد اتصل و الحين تقول الجهاز صاحي فتراجع في كلامه وقال ان الوكيل صديقه وانه لو ذهب لمسؤول اكسيوم في البحرين سيستبدل له الجهاز مباشرة وبعد عدة ايام لم يتصل .. ذهب الى وزارة التجارة لحل الموضوع فاشارو علي بكتابة شكوى لكن البائع اخذ يصر ان الجهاز ليس به عطل وانه لن بفعل اي شئ .. "مسؤول ادارة حماية المستهلك اشار انه الى الان في البحرين لم يقر قانون حماية المستهلك وان كثير من المستهلكين يتعرضون لعمليات احتيالية كثيرة ومختلفة وبمبالغ اكبر لعدم وجود القانون الذي يحمي المستهلكين ذهبت لمسؤول وكالة اكسيوم في البحرين فأكد عدم معرفته ببائع غاز السلام مؤكد ان هذا المحل لا يملك حساب مع شركة اكسيوم وانهم لا يوردون الاجهزة اليهم !!! اتنظر منكم تعليقاتكم حول الموضوع وماذا فعلتم في مشاكل مشابهة وشكرا
